Janet HowsonJanet taught drama and English in comprehensive schools for thirty-five years. During this time, she wrote plays for the pupils to perform and was involved in amateur drama, both as an actor and a director. She has always been an avid reader and her ove of literature and a desire to write encouraged her to join a writer's group when she retired. This led to writing short stories and then to writing her first novella, Charitable Thoughts.
