Janet H CouncilmanI attended Ringling School of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida and majored in commercial art. I have worked for two printing companies in their art department. I worked with autistic students for eleven years at South Graham Elementary. Although Iam retired, I still write children's books and have six books published now. I draw portraits of children, adults as well as dogs and cats. I also design and hand make cards for sell. I presently live in Burlington, N.C. after living at the coast on Oak Island, N.C. for nine years.
