James V BibboJAMES V. BIBBO III was born and raised in Sleepy Hollow, New York and now lives in New Hampshire. He is a graduate of New England College, Plymouth State, and the University of New Hampshire. His career started as a teacher and he subsequently becamean elementary, middle school, and high school principal before ultimately becoming a superintendent of schools. Thereafter, he retired to pursue a childhood dream of breeding horses, dogs, and other farm animals.
