James Paul DretkeMr. Dretke is a graduate of Concordia Seminary, St. Louis. He has done graduate work at the Kennedy School of Missions (Hartford), the University of Ghana, Southern Methodist University, the University of California at Los Angeles, and Fuller Seminar. In addition, he has studied Arabic and French at the Institute of Ghana Languages, and German at the Goethe Institute, Accra. Dr. Dretke, a native of Manawa, Wisconsin, is married to Barbara Biar of Dallas, Texas. They are the parents of five children.
