James ChalizI was born in 1961 and was raised in the east side of New York City, The East River Project was the heart and soul of Spanish Harlem. I was a small skinny kid and always got bullied, there was no such thing as cyberbullies back then, back then it wasthe real thing. I was so afraid to walk to the store or even cross the streets. I just wont to say to Sensei John and to all the other great Sensei's throughout my life, thank you for fulfilling me with your thoughts and knowledge. I know in today's world times are different, but you can still see their traditional ways that were passed down from generations. Read More Read Less
