I started to write this as a journal at first, but I became frustrated that there was so little information about bipolar schizoaffective disorder. I researched everything I could bout the illness, but all my searching would just lead back to schizophrenia. I felt my illness was not the same as schizophrenia; the symptoms were similar, but I found very limited information about bipolar schizoaffective. So I wrote this book in order to help others. I have a great relationship with my family; they have been very supportive, and got me through my illness as best they could. I now have a great job, when I am not writing my new project.
