Jackie is an animal scientist who has enjoyed a diverse career as an animalnutritionist for an international livestock feed company and as an Agriculture Extension Agent with the Cooperative Extension Service. She wants to share her love and fascination of all forms of agriculture as well as her artistic talents to educate and inspire children of all ages.
