His expertise is also highlighted in his book, Surviving the Corporate Game: Keys to Success. He also started the consultancy J. Alexander and Associates in 2002, providing consultation in leadership development, executive coaching, and process optimization. It now operates under the Media Versed Communications, Inc. umbrella.
