Jack HirschmanJACK HIRSCHMAN was born in The Bronx, New York City on December 13, 1933 and lives in North Beach, San Francisco with the Swedish-born poet and painter, Agneta Falk. He is an emeritus (2006-2009) Poet Laureate of that city, as well as a founding membr of Its Revolutionary Poets Brigade, and likewise of the World Poetry Movement centered in Medellin, Colombia, and the League of Revolutionaries for a New America in Chicago. His masterwork are The Arcanes, three volumes of his longer poems, each book virtually 1,000 pages long.
