Jack AlunBorn in Cardiff, South Wales, Jack started writing poetry at university where he also wrote two plays and several short pieces for the Orchard Theatre Company, based in North Devon. He also worked part time for while for the Arvon Foundation, during ts inception years. Later, he began lecturing in Hampshire, where he co-authored a book with one of the scriptwriters from 'Wish You Were Here?, followed by the very first travel guide devoted entirely to the département of Aveyron. He has contributed photographs, articles and reviews widely to magazines and journals. Under the nom de plume, Jack Alun, he has published three books: Dead Man's Contract, a crime thriller, and two volumes of poetry, plus his work has appeared in poetry magazines worldwide.
