J. Henry RichardsonProfessor J. Henry Richardson was a well-known authority on Industrial Relations, with a wide knowledge of economic and labour problems and policies in many countries. He held an appointment for nine years on the permanent diplomatic staff of he International Labour Office in Geneva, where he was technical adviser to international conferences and committees.
