J McVayJ. McVay has had a love for writing since she was a child; writing stories and poems with her mother at the dinning room table. Her first publication was a poem in a nationwide contest. After the death of her mother, she felt the push to give her drem of writing a try. Growing up on the mid coast of Maine, she learned many traits to help care of her family. She graduated from Husson College with a Bachelors Degree in Paralegal studies. In addition to writing, she works at a local restaurant, wallpapers and loves to garden and cook.
