Over the years, he's had the opportunity to work with various groups from 12 years old through retirement. He has also worked with religious, nonprofit, corporate, ad government organizations. During this time, he has evolved his approach to create the concept of Open Windows Culture and build practical steps to achieve tangible outcomes.
