Isabelle Hof
Isabelle Hof, MSc, manages the Wim Hof Method (WHM) Academy and is cofounder of the Icewomen community and a WHM instructor. She holds an MA in Psychology, and has been involved with the company since its beginnings, including orgnizing expeditions, creating the Instructor Video Course, and building and managing the WHM Academy.
