In this capacity, she led the development, dissemination, implementation support activities, and evaluation of te RNAO Best Practice Guidelines (BPG) Program in clinical and healthy work environment areas. Bajnok is recognized as a leader in implementation science and has developed effective programs supporting knowledge translation locally, nationally, and globally.
