Ilias KyriazakisIlias Kyriazakis is a professor of animal health and nutrition at Institute for Global Food Security, Queen’s University, Belfast, UK. He is a veterinarian who specialises in the development of systems that enhance livestock performance whilst maintan their sustainability. He has worked with several species of animals, ranging from mice to cows, but he is better known for his work on the development of systems for pigs and poultry.
