Ifiok OtungIfiok Otung is a chartered engineer and professor of satellite communications at the University of South Wales (USW), UK. He earned a PhD in Satellite Communications from the University of Surrey, UK in 1995. His areas of expertise include mobile andsatellite communication systems and radio wave propagation. He has supervised many PhDs and contributed to numerous publications in technical journals and international conference proceedings.
