Huahong ShiHuahong Shi got his PhD degree in Jinan University, China in 2003. Now he is a full time professor of environmental sciences at East China Normal University. He is an Associate Editor of Marine Pollution Bulletin (2020-now) and an editorial board memer of Journal of Hazardous Materials. He is interested in studying microplastic pollution in aquatic environments and endocrine disrupting chemicals in aquatic organisms. In recent 8 years, Huahong is focusing on microplastic and nanoplastic pollution including analytical methods, fate, toxicological effects and risks to human health. He has published more than 150 peer-reviewed papers (about 120 in English and 30 in Chinese), including 80 papers on microplastic and nanoplastic research.
