Howard J GunnHoward J. Gunn (1945) was born and grew up in Cleveland, Ohio. Howard attended Benedictine High School and worked his way through college as a night school student for nine (9) years. He graduated from Cuyahoga Community College with an AA in Economis and Cleveland State University with both a BBA (1971) and an MBA, in Management. While in college, Howard worked full time for the Ohio Bell Telephone Company. He started as a cable splicer and served as a Network Engineer and Accounting Supervisor, before specializing in Stored Program Controlled Switching, Mainframe, and Minicomputer applications and the evolving Digital Microprocessor. In 1976, Howard headed to Silicon Valley, to join the microprocessor Digital Revolution. He began his microprocessor path as the Product Line Manager at TRW Space Systems where he helped TRW produce the first microprocessor-controlled digital switches in the world. He worked in product development for several high-tech firms (GTE Automatic Electric, GTE-Sylvania Systems, NEC America, Digital Switch Corporation) and served in VP and executive roles in Gandalf Technologies, GTE Network Systems, Alcatel Network Systems, Global Broadcasting Corporation, TeleHub, and Terabridge. Howard also served on the Board of Directors of Automatic Electric, Alcatel North America, National Digital Services, and Gandalf Technologies. The Past produced the Present. This is a fact of life. The digital revolution that transformed consumers and the economy inadvertently transmogrified the de facto two-Party Political System. Today, the dichotomy between the For the People government model and the For the accumulation of wealth by the wealthy Ologopoly model is playing out on the American political stage in ways that are not in the best interests of the people. His political non-fiction work, The 21st Century Voter Guide to Candidate Assessment reviews the political and economic environment as it was being transmogrified by the microprocessor Digital Revolution. His new work explores and explains how the political and economic actions from the Cult of Ignorance Political Plutocrats and the Big Business Ologopolies successfully exploited the For the People technology progress, to maximize the accumulation of wealth by the wealthy, at the expense of the general population. Whether it was the marketing and advertising campaigns, the False Flag propaganda campaigns, or the successful deployment of classical conditioning (Pavlovian brainwashing) does not matter, when looking forward. The conflict and dichotomy that occurred over the last 50 years and the results are readily observable today, in the political party behaviors of many of the elected Federal and State representatives of the people, inadvertently pursuing the accumulation of wealth by the wealthy model versus the For the People government model. In the current partisan environment, only the unique Voter Eligible Population (VEP) in the United States can revive the For the People mandates generated by theinsure domestic tranquility, establish Justice, provide the common defense and promote the general Welfare phrases in our Constitution. Whether our current roaring twenties in the 21st century end up in another Great Depression, as our ancestors did 100 years ago is up to you, the voters. Hopefully, the information and insights in this guide will help you improve your candidate assessment process and improve your voter skills enough to avoid that potentially disastrous economic outcome while restoring the For the people government model and ending the For the accumulation of wealth by the wealthy model, that many of your parents inadvertently voted for over the last fifty years.
