Hisato KondohHisato Kondoh, Ph.D. is a Professor of the Faculty of Biosciences at Kyoto Sangyo University, Japan. He received his B.Sc. and Ph.D. in Biophysics from the Kyoto University Faculty of Sciences. After conducting his postdoctoral study at the Departmen of Biochemistry, University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA, he was appointed as Assistant Professor in 1978 and then as Associate professor at the Faculty of Science, Kyoto University. In 1988, Dr. Kondoh moved to the Nagoya University School of Sciences as a full Professor of the Department of Molecular Biology. In 1993, he joined the Institute for Molecular and Cellular Biology, Osaka University, and served as Director of the Institute from 1998 to 2002. He then joined the Graduate School of Frontier Biosciences at Osaka University and served as the Dean of the School from 2006 to 2008. Since 2014, he assumes the present position. Read More Read Less
