Hinda SchumanHinda Schuman is an international award winning photographer based in Philadelphia PA. Five images from "A True Story" were selected as first place winners in the open category of the international competition- PRIDE PHOTO. (http: //www.pridephotoawad.org/the-contest/the-winners-of-the-2011-edition. The exhibit was held in Amsterdam during the fall of 2011. She was a staff photographer at The Philadelphia Inquirer for twenty years. Since leaving the Inquirer, where she covered features, sports, and breaking news, she has been teaching photojournalism, night & low-light, travel and street photography classes at University of the Arts Continuing Education Division.
