Henry BérengerHenry Bérenger was born in Rugles, Eure on 22 April 1867. He grew up to be a French writer and politician. He used to sit on committees on Finance and Foreign Affairs, making his career as a senator from 1912 to 1945 influential. He was also France'sambassador to USA from 1926 to 1927.
