Helene McGlauflinHelene McGlauflin, MEd., is a poet, writer and retired educator. Her numerous articles, stories and poems have appeared in books, small presses, magazines and professional journals. Solstice is Helene's third collection of poetry, preceded by Tiny Sabath (2010) and Teacher, I Honor You (2016) both published by Finishing Line Press. She is also the author of Calm and Alert: Yoga and Mindfulness Practices to Teach Self-regulation and Social Skills to Children (2018: PESI Publishing) her legacy from a long career as a school counselor and yoga teacher.
