Helen MaragosHelen Maragos is a graduate of Seton Hall University with a bachelor's in communications and a master's in early childhood education and professional development. She has been a teacher for 20 years, focusing on children from three-eight years of age Helen lives in New Jersey with her loving husband, Anthony, and two beautiful children Nikolas & Eleftheria. She enjoys raising her children and teaching them daily. Family is such an essential component in Helen's life, and she thoroughly enjoys spending quality time with the three of them. Helen also is a restaurateur with her mother, Bessy. They own Anemos Greek Cuisine, a thriving restaurant specializing in Greek/Mediterranean dishes. Her parents raised her with a solid Greek culture which ignited the concept of owning a Greek restaurant.Teaching feelings to young children is imperative for their development. Also, validating their feelings and discussing them empowers children and teaches self-awareness.
