Heather Olivia BelcherAuthors Janice A. Knox and Heather Olivia Belcher are both native Chicagoans and collectors of Chicago memorabilia. Ms. Knox is an information services executive and history buff, and an active member of the Chicago community. Ms. Belcher is a high shool student at the University of Chicago Laboratory Schools and, in addition to her academic pursuits, participates in journalism and photography.
