Haylie DioguardiPassionate about understanding the complex composition of many languages spoken and signed, Haylie studied Applied Linguistics at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Her favorite research projects have been in Linguistics and Psychology and her first publication was her abstract, "Psychological Influences That Affect Prenatal Nutrition Behavior," which was published in the Building Bridges 2018: Selected Abstracts of the 2018 HTCC Honors Conference, from her presentation given at the University of California, Irvine (UCI). Her favorite part about writing children's literature is collaborating with artists from around the world to bring new ideas to life.
