Harriet HulmeHarriet Hulme completed her PhD in Comparative Literature at UCL in 2016. She is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Society of Fellows in the Humanities at the University of Hong Kong. Her research focuses on contemporary literary representationsof hospitality, with particular interest in refugee writing and narratives of homelessness and nomadism. Her work has appeared in the journal Creative Critical Studies and she has contributed to two edited volumes: Fear and Fantasy in a Global World (2015) and Self-Translation and Power (2017).
