Harriet BlanchHARRIETT BLANCH was born in Albany, Georgia, and raised in a large, loving family. She was educated in the State of Georgia, graduating from Valdosta State University, where she received a bachelor's degree in business education. After relocating to exas in the 1980s, she began her thirty-one-year career working for the State of Texas in the human services sector.
