Harini AmarasuriyaHarini Amarasuriya’s research interests include political and social movements, state society relations, and public policy. Prior to joining the Open University of Sri Lanka in 2011, she worked in the development sector, with organisations including NICEF and CARE Sri Lanka. She was appointed in 2016 to the Public Representations Committee on Constitutional Reform in Sri Lanka and was a member of the team that submitted a report to the Sri Lankan parliament on constitutional reforms based on public consultations.
