Hari Eko IriantoProfessor Hari Eko Irianto, Ph.D., is director of the Research and Development Center for Marine and Fisheries Product Processing and Biotechnology (RDCMFP2B), Indonesia as well as a Research Professor in fisheries post-harvest technology at RDCMFP2B and an Academic Professor in food technology at the Food Technology Department, Sahid University, Jakarta - Indonesia. His major research interests are traditional fisheries product processing, new fisheries product and process development, fish processing by-product utilization, food safety and environmental protection. He was director of the Research Center for Fisheries Management and Conservation (2013-2015), Research Center for Marine and Fisheries Technology (2015), and Research and Development Center for Fisheries (2015-2017).
