Haotian CaoHaotian Cao is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at the College of Mechanical and Vehicle Engineering, Hunan University, Changsha, China. He received a B.E. in vehicle engineering and a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from the College of Mechanial and Vehicle Engineering, Hunan University, Changsha, China, in 2011 and 2018, respectively. He was a visiting scholar at the Human Factors group, the University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute (UMTRI) from 2016 to 2017. He is currently a committee member of the Chinese Association of Automation Parallel Intelligence (2018-2022), and a referee of over-thirty international journals and conferences. He is also the Principal Investigator of Youth Projects funded by the Natural Science Foundation of China (NFSC) and Hunan Provincial Natural Science Foundation, as well as Co-PIs for several projects from the NFSC and industry companies.
