Hannah KoenigGrowing up with a father who had an artist's appreciation for the natural world combined with a unique storytelling ability, Hannah Koenig was always encouraged to use her imagination. As a result, she spent many hours writing and illustrating her ow stories. The Littlest Gnome and the Fairy King's Gift was inspired by books from her early years such as The Tale of Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle by Beatrix Potter, Bread and Jam for Frances by Russell Hoban, and Hilda Boswell's Treasury of Children's Stories. She hopes that her book will be a modern take on the classic fairy tale and inspire a new generation of imaginative children.
