H W P MulliganH. W. P. (Helena) Mulligan lives in Grande Prairie, Alberta with her husband Ron. Together they have six children, eleven grandchildren, and one great grandchild-with a second on the way. Helena received a Diploma in Visual Arts from Grande Prairie Rgional College. During her time at school, she created a group of sculptures she calls Concrete Souls in and around her community.
