Guoqiang ZhangProf. Guoqiang Zhang is a full professor at Hunan University's College of Civil Engineering. He served as the country's representative for the New Century Talents Project, the Ministry of Science and Technology's Innovative Talents Promotion Plan, an the Organization Department of the Communist Party of China's Ten Thousand Talents Plan. Indoor air quality, district energy systems, high quality, and sustainable construction are among his research specialties.
