Gregor Lamb has been delighting Orcadians and far-flung lovers of the Orkney Islands for many decades. He's written and co-written an abundance of valuable books and articles, al working together to conserve Orkney's social customs, history, dialect and lore. Born at Binscarth Cottages, Firth, Orkney, Gregor's father was from Aberdeenshire and his mother was a Yorston from the parish of Rendall, Orkney.
