Gray StewartGray Stewart's life story reflects ways the South has changed and how it hasn't. He is a third generation white Atlantan but spent more than a decade on the faculty of Morehouse College, a historically African American men's college, where he taught he fiction workshop from 2000- 2010. He has also worked as a paramedic at Grady Memorial Hospital, Atlanta's lifeline for the indigent and one of the busiest Level 1 trauma centers in the country.
