Grant N PerrymanAuthor, Grant N. Perryman, takes you back to the energetic West African country of Ghana with his second illustrated children's book. The idea for this modern-day folktale came to him while sitting on the airplane leaving Ghana on his 6th short-term ission trip. Mr. Perryman is the Executive Director of Meaningful Life USA, Inc, a Christian 501c (3) nonprofit that provides funding for the sister agency, Meaningful Life International, an NGO, located in the port harbor city of Tema. Meaningful Life's vision to the rural communities includes freshwater wells, medical outreach, church planting, and leadership training. His first book, Ama's Dream, speaks to the organizational first three goals of drilling boreholes (water wells), mobile medical services, and evangelism. His second book, Sika Ahenfo deals with the fourth objective of leadership. He currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area, with his lovely wife. She has made the journey to Ghana on several occasions. They were married on March 6, Ghana's Independence Day, incorporating many elements of the Akan culture into their wedding ceremony.
