GRAEME KANOFSKIGraeme has had a 40yr career in Local Government over five Councils. He retired as CEO of the Gladstone Regional Council in 2011. Since that time, he was Transfer Manager overseeing the de- amalgamation of Livingstone Council. He has extensive Board xperience serving as Deputy Chair of the Central Qld Hospital Board, Chair of Regional Development Australia's Fitzroy & Central West Region, and member of the Board of the Gladstone Airports Corporation and Gladstone Economic and Industry Development. During his local government career Graeme was awarded the title of Manager of the Year by Local Government Managers Australia (LGMA). He served on the Board of LGMA and was President of the Queensland Branch for a period of two years. He is a fellow and life member of LGMA. In the 2002 Australia Day Honours Awards Graeme received a Public Service Medal (PSM) for his service to Local Government. Graeme holds a Bachelor of Business Degree, is a Justice of the Peace (Qualified) and has successfully completed the Company Directors Course run by the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
