Gordon GrayA love of ships from a very early age saw Gordon embark on a series of voyages as a schoolboy, including a voyage to Iceland on a trawler and taking part in a Tall Ship's Race. These led him to join the Royal Navy on a Short Service Commission where e served in a number of ships in many parts of the world. Over the last few years he and his wife, Doreen, have undertaken expedition voyages to both Polar Regions in ships as diverse as icebreakers, ex Russian research vessels and cruise liners.
