Glenda DuranoGlenda Durano loves to share life lessons through speaking, writing, teaching, and mentoring. An award-winning speaker and television director, multiple business owner, lifelong educator, author, and church staff member, Glenda considers her most sigificant accomplishments to be the roles she quietly attempts to fulfill each day-being a godly wife, mother, and friend. After homeschooling for twenty years, in 2009, Glenda combined her diverse professional background in marketing, management, and communication with her love of education and created College Advising and Planning Services, a full-service, faith-based educational consulting firm that helps students navigate the college planning process. Glenda also serves as the Children's Choir Director at Calvary Chapel, Albuquerque, where she directs the annual children's Christmas praise-entation, which utilizes over 100 kindergarten through fifth grade children. Glenda heads up the prayer ministry for a weekly community Bible Study and enjoys traveling and speaking. Glenda has been married to D. C. Durano for 31 years. They have two amazing daughters, Christina and Amberle, who are both married to equally amazing young men. With this book, Glenda desires to demonstrate God's faithfulness, goodness, and sovereignty and encourage readers that they are not alone in their trials. God always acts out of love for His children-although sometimes it's hard to see it in the midst of a trial or tragedy.
