Gina GiordanoGina Giordano grew up in upstate New York, with a love of learning, teaching, and writing. From a young age, she would write stories to inspire others and teach lessons. After moving to Virginia Beach, Virginia, in 1985, she continued her love of wriing and subsequently spent four years studying history at Mary Washington College (now University of Mary Washington). An educator who has worked as a teacher for twenty-three years in the public school realm, she spent six years in the classroom and has spent the last seventeen years as a gifted resources teacher, working directly with gifted children and teachers. She has written many stories to use for teaching purposes. Ms. Giordano has two adult children, Lauren and Baxter. Lauren is a teacher as well and Baxter is a landscaper.
