Giacomo Rinaldigiacomo rinaldi (Bergamo, Italy, 1954) is Professor of Theoretical and Moral Philosophy at the University of Urbino, Italy, and Honorary Senior Research Fellow of the Archive of Caucasian Philosophy and Theology at the New Georgian University. In numrous volumes and essays, composed and published in Italian, English, and German, he has developed a systematic interpretation and appropriation of the epistemology, metaphysics and ethics of modern idealism in the framework of a critical approach to the main trends of contemporary philosophy. He is currently a member of the Centre for the Study of British Idealism, at whose invitation in 2017 and 2018 he delivered, at the University of Hull, papers and lectures on Gentile, Joachim, and Collingwood.
