George SweetlandGeorge Sweetland has always had the dream of becoming a published author and illustrator. Ever since he could hold a pencil or crayon, without the desire to eat one. He has been an elementary school teacher for 13 years and really started to understad the beauty and genius of children's picture books during his time as an educator. He has written/illustrated children's books for independent publications and for advertising. He loves observing his students everyday pick out books in the classroom or library that make them laugh and smile. He wants to achieve the same goals with his own stories and illustrations.
