George M WrongGeorge MacKinnon Wrong FRSC was a Canadian clergyman and historian who born on June 25, 1860 and died on June 29, 1948. He was ordained as an Anglican priest in 1883 after attending Wycliffe College in Grovesend, Elgin County, Canada West (now Ontari). As Sir Daniel Wilson's successor, he was named professor and head of the Department of History at the University of Toronto in 1894, from which he retired in 1927. In 1908, he was elected a fellow of the Royal Society of Canada, and in 1919 and 1941, he earned honorary LLDs from McGill University and the University of Toronto.
