Mombourquette draw on rich experiences in education - teaching at many grade levels, leading in a variety of schools, and currently as professors of education. They co-coordinate the University of Lethbridge Master of Eucation in Educational Leadership program where the knowledge, skills, and attributes of the competencies are actively integrated into the theory and the practice of school leadership. George (PhD, OISE, University of Toronto) was a founding member of the provincial committee that developed the competencies.
