George Barouyr KooshianGeorge B. Kooshian was well known throughout his life as an author of many articles and of poetry in Armenian and English that were published in Nor Or, Hayastani Gotchnag, and other publications. He served as the Secretary of the Compatriotic Union f Hadjin from its inception in Adana on July 4, 1919 until his death in 1984, and was for a time the editor of the journal Nor Hadjin. He preached, taught the Bible, and lectured frequently. He served as the Secretary of the Board of Deacons of Immanuel Baptist Church in Pasadena for many years.
