Gena D WagamanGena D. Wagaman has lived in West Virginia for the past 18 years, the last two in Fairmont. She holds a master of arts degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She also serves as the director of the Fairmont City Cemetery Restoration Project,which seeks to restore a 19th-century cemetery abandoned for 75 years. Through her research into the lives of the individuals interred in that cemetery, Gena D.
