He earned his PhD in Electronics Engineering (Memristor and Memristive System designand Fabrication) from the Uni- versity of Rome Tor Vergata, Rome (Italy), Rome (Italy). He has obtained Advanced Master's Degree in Wireless Systems and Related Technology from Politechnico Di Torino (Polytechnic University of Turin), Turin (Italy). Dr. Gaurav has completed a Master of Science (M.S) in Microelectronics and System Design from Liverpool John Moores University, Liverpool (United Kingdom). He possesses excellent knowledge of 2D material especially ZnO- Graphene and their composite based low power semiconductor electronics devices (theory and fabrication), memristor/resistive switching device mod- elling, fabrication (spin and dip coating) and characterization (XRD, SEM, EIS).
