He has obtained an Advanced Master Degree in Wireless Systems and Related Technology from Politechnico Di Torino (Polytechnic University of Turin), Turin (Italy). He has completed his Master of Science (MS) in Microelectronics and System Design from Liverpool John Moores University, Liverpool (United Kingdom). He possesses excellent knowledge of 2D material (esp. ZnO-Graphene and their composite) based low power semiconductor electronics devices (Theory and Fabrication), Memristor/Resistive switching, Device Modelling, Fabrication (Spin and Dip coating), and Characterization (XRD, SEM, and EIS).
