Gary SiegelPoetry is a relatively late addition to Gary Siegel's pursuits, which include being a multi-instrumentalist, a juggler, and a Tai Chi practitioner, among others. He entered the world of poetry in the late '70s but only in the last eight years or so hs written his own material regularly. His method is to start with inspiration, dive in deeply, and then work hard on the realization of the work. It often includes vision. Or humor. There has been very little effort to publish until now, rather he has immersed himself in three things: his subjects, his writing, and presenting his works in the poetry scene in the Mid Hudson Valley of New York State. He is a working poet, hands dirty and out reading-just about every poem in this book has been read to an audience and most of them more than once.
